TD SYNNEX is making waves in the artificial intelligence space with the launch of its innovative Destination AI Practice Accelerator in North America. This new programme is designed to help partners expedite their AI go-to-market efforts and boost monetization opportunities by offering personalized support and guidance for delivering specialized AI solutions to their customers.

According to a recent report from TD SYNNEX, the trend towards AI adoption is growing rapidly, with nearly half of all channel partners planning to offer AI-driven solutions within the next two years.

Jessica Yeck, the senior vice president of vendor solutions at TD SYNNEX, highlighted the importance of integrating AI seamlessly into existing high-growth solutions and industry verticals. She stated, “Through the Accelerator programme, we’re using our expertise to empower partners to enter the AI market in their area of proficiency, with personalized support throughout the go-to-market process – from technical enablement to marketing and selling the solution to their customers.”

Part of TD SYNNEX’s Destination AI global strategy, the Accelerator programme helps partners identify AI opportunities for their end customers and build a tailored AI practice to meet those needs. Partners will engage in six-week courses focused on bringing new AI solutions to market, with specialized training sessions and enablement resources specific to their vertical use case.

The upcoming cohort of the programme, sponsored by Intel, will focus on leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) for business automation. By featuring Iterative.ai’s AI platform, partners will be equipped to develop production-ready applications and products for their clients’ AI requirements.

Sherry Bennett, the chief data and AI scientist at TD SYNNEX, emphasized the hands-on, collaborative nature of the programme, stating, “By using a hands-on, collaborative approach, we’re able to better understand our partners’ goals and challenges in entering the AI market and enable them to execute go-to-market initiatives that will unlock a clear path to revenue.”

The successful pilot programme saw 12 partners in the retail sector trained to go to market with VisionAI, an offering that combines Intel, SAS, and meldCX technology to enhance retail operations. The programme was recognized with Intel’s Distribution Q324 Excellence Award for its impact on the AI sector.

Nazrin Sadikhova, director of sales at Technology Group Solutions (TGS), praised the programme’s specificity to verticals and use cases, stating, “For this reason, it allowed us to identify who our target customers are, and what the talk track is. TD SYNNEX even assisted with the marketing collateral and prepared our engineers to speak to the technology effectively.”
