Are you guilty of buying something you didn’t need or want because of a social media ad? You’re not alone. According to a recent survey by WalletHub, 74% of respondents admitted to making impulse purchases from social media, with 63% regretting their decisions.
Scams also play a role in this trend, with 18% of consumers falling victim to fraudulent advertisements on social platforms. It’s easy to get lured in by appealing ads only to realize later that the product never arrives.
