MICROIP has exciting news to share! At the 2024 Taipei International Industrial Automation Exhibition, they announced that their “AI Software Platform Solution” has been integrated into WT Microelectronics’ cutting-edge IoT solutions. This collaboration marks the industry’s first AI x Remote I/O solution based on MediaTek’s Genio IoT platform MT8390/MT8370 processors. These processors, known for their high performance and low power consumption, are ideal for industrial automation products requiring AI functionality and image processing. Built on TSMC’s 6nm process, they feature a powerful dual-core ARM Cortex-A78 and six/four-core ARM Cortex-A55 architectures along with neural processing units.
The chairman of MICROIP, James Yang, expressed his enthusiasm for this partnership, stating, “We are thrilled to see MICROIP’s ‘AI Software Platform Solution’ chosen by WT Microelectronics, showcasing our leadership in AI technology. This reaffirms our commitment to providing end-to-end services and helping clients stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market.”
WT Microelectronics’ decision to incorporate MICROIP’s solution allows for customized AI models tailored to industrial IoT edge devices. This streamlined approach accelerates the deployment of AI products, reducing time-to-market and minimizing the investment in AI resources. The showcased product will be available for public viewing from August 21 to August 24 at the Nangang Exhibition Center, Hall 1, 4th floor, Booth N1002.
