Unlocking the Power of AI with Infosys and NVIDIA Collaboration
Infosys has recently announced an exciting expansion of its collaboration with NVIDIA, aimed at delivering innovative, AI-powered solutions for telcos. This partnership will leverage Infosys Topaz, a cutting-edge AI-first set of services, solutions, and platforms, to drive operational excellence and enhance customer experiences within the telecom industry.
Infosys has developed three generative AI solutions powered by Infosys Topaz with the utilization of NVIDIA NIM inference microservices and NeMo Retriever embedding models. These solutions are customized to deploy domain-specific LLM models and utilize NVIDIA Riva for real-time conversational AI pipelines, enabling real-time transcription and translations for call center agents.
- TOSCA Network Service Design: This solution streamlines the network service design process by using NVIDIA generative AI to create and customize topology and orchestration specifications for cloud applications. By leveraging NVIDIA NIM and NeMo Retriever microservices, there was a significant improvement in latency and accuracy.
- Smart Networking Operating Centre: This NVIDIA generative AI-powered solution allows network engineers to troubleshoot issues faster and accurately, resulting in improved customer experiences and lower latency.
- Infosys Cortex: A generative AI-driven contact center transformation platform that creates realistic customer simulations for agent training.
These solutions offer operational efficiencies, productivity improvements, and enhanced agent training experiences by optimizing generative AI pipelines and inference costs.
