Thaicom Public Company has announced exciting news – its subsidiary, Space Tech Innovation (STI), has officially partnered with the groundbreaking company SpaceX for the highly anticipated launch of THAICOM-10, Thaicom’s upcoming, next generation software-defined, high-throughput satellite (SD-HTS).
The cutting-edge THAICOM-10 satellite, manufactured by Airbus Defence and Space SAS (France), boasts an impressive capacity of over 120 gigabits per second (Gbps). With state-of-the-art technology that allows flexibility and instant configuration to adapt dynamically to customers’ needs, this satellite will revolutionize connectivity in the Asia Pacific region for Thaicom’s customers and partners.
Excitingly, THAICOM-10 is scheduled for launch aboard SpaceX’s Falcon 9 rocket from Florida, USA, and will operate at the prestigious 119.5 degrees East orbital slot.
